Kinjal Group has announced the successful completion of the Nair Dental Hospital project in Mumbai. It was inaugurated by Maharashtra Chief Minister, Eknath Shinde.
The hospital, built at a cost of Rs 132.73 crore, covers a vast area of 17,720.00 sq. mtrs. It boasts 92 spots for parking with one stilt parking and 34 car parking spaces. The facility features a main auditorium, two smaller auditoriums, a gym, a yoga hall, a seminar space, a swimming pool. It has made provision for 174 staff quarters, making the completion of the 11-story building a milestone.
Through this hospital project, the Group intends to facilitate high-quality healthcare infrastructure for the citizens of Mumbai. Despite facing significant challenges, particularly due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Kinjal Group ensured the completion of the project.
The Group is currently engaged in its ongoing projects, especially the Malad Malvani Maternity Home, expected to be completed by May 2024, and the Jakhadevi multi-specialty building.
